Food Truck Distribution

Food Truck Distribution Days are the first and third Fridays of each month except in July.

• January 5th and  19th
• February 2nd and 16th
• March 1st & 15th
• April 5th and 19th
• May trucks cancelled by Food Bank due to funding reductions
• June 7th & 21st
• July 19th
• August 1 - cancelled
• August 15th

Trucks continued to be cancelled by Food Bank due to funding reductions

• September 5 cancelled
• September 19th 
• October 3rd & 17th - Dates are tentative
• November 7th & 21st - Dates are tentative
• December 5th & 19th - Dates are tentative

• There is no cost to you
• Serving Galveston County and surrounding areas.
• Food Truck distribution begins at Chester Davis Sportsplex, 1251 W. League City Parkway
• After receiving a ticket there, you will proceed in groups to the church at 10:30am.
• You will remain in your vehicles where you will answer a few registration questions.
• Food will be loaded into your vehicle.

• Arrive at the church by 10am and sign in at the gym door.
• Usually done by 12:30pm.
• Bring your refillable water bottle and dress for the weather
• Assignments will be made after truck portions are determined
• Available jobs—greeting, sorting/ bagging, unloading,  filling boxes, registering clients, or parking/traffic
