Blood Drive April 12th

Donating blood is a critical, lifesaving act that helps patients in need, including those undergoing surgery, cancer treatment, or suffering from trauma. A single donation can save up to three lives, as it is separated into red blood cells, plasma, and platelets. There is no substitute for human blood, making voluntary donations essential for community health.

Chrismons Making Project

In 1999, our church created a new Chrismon tree. Church families participated in making these ornaments to decorate our tree during Advent. Since that time, our tree has grown, and we are giving families an opportunity to add to our tree. If you have not made an ornament in the past and would like to make one of these sequin/beaded gems, you will have an opportunity next Monday, April 13 at 10:30 AM in the conference room. There will also be an evening opportunity on Monday, April 20 at 6:30 PM in the conference room. All materials will be provided. They will not be needed until Oct., which will allow us time for the finishing touches.

Conroe Mission Depot Work Day Saturday, April 18

Make a difference in times of disaster! Our biannual trip to the UMCOR Mission Depot in Conroe is happening on April 18th. This is an excellent opportunity to serve by assembling flood-cleaning buckets and hygiene kits that will be distributed across the country during emergencies.

This mission trip is family-friendly, and children are welcome to join. Carpooling will be available, making it easy for everyone to participate. Let’s make a lasting impact and spread compassion to those in need!
