This page shares the steps LCUMC is taking during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions. The situation remains fluid and we are constantly evaluating the situation. Check back here or see our Facebook page for more information.
Remember Peter’s words: "Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7), and face this challenge with confidence and hope.
Following the guidance of the Texas Annual Conference for Houston Area Churches, we will not be meeting at the church building for corporate worship.
Instead, we will be worshipping together as The Church digitally through live streaming via the Website and Facebook Live. Join us at 9AM for Magnify and 11AM for Traditional Service. Take time to chat and interact with those worshipping with you.
We will NOT have in person Sunday School for adults, children, or youth.
Share the love and grace of God with others in the days to come.
Continue to worship with us Online via our LIvestream or our Facebook page.

Pray for those who are infected by this disease, those caring for them, the medical personnel treating them, and the public officials trying to make the best decisions they can with the available information.
Please let the church office know if anyone is ill or in need of pastoral care. While face-to-face visits may not be possible, we will do our best to make contact with them.
Continue your financial support for the ongoing ministries of the church through online giving, mailing your gift to the church office, or by coming by the church office in person. You can securely give online here.
During this time of uncertainty, we can be certain of this one thing, through our prayers, we can find comfort, strength and a loving, caring and listening God. We are told in the Bible that our prayers are heard and we are called to pray for one another. Let us pray together during this difficult time.
We would like to remind you that at LCUMC, we have a team that provides intercessory prayer in response to prayer requests concerning needs of our church family, the community and beyond. Please click the link below to submit your prayer concerns or call the church office directly.
Prayer request will be forwarded to the team and our pastor.
